Family owned and operates business Allan Greenwood Haulage was first established in 1967 by Allan Greenwood. Allan’s wife Ann was the business secretary, frequently handling book keeping, accounts and haulage requests.

In 1979 Allan was joined his daughter, Sheridan, who started her career in the transport industry as a driver for her father’s company. Next Sheridan’s husband Pete joined the family business in 1985 as a Business Partner, and then their son Gavin in 2000.

The company has maintained successful working partnerships with both national and local organisations and are frequently building new professional working relationships, which has allowed for business growth now employing three additional drivers from outside the family unit who are valued members of the team.
